empire hasn't suffered from nearly enough chaos and misery, since the great war only affected that population willing and daring enough to visit 0.0. that means something like 80% of you missed out on the delights
to help spread the love, i've penned a lil column not only telling the history of the jihad and it's prophet (karttoon, the sheik) but including a handy how-to guide to get everyone started in the joyful process of utterly ruining empire for law abiding citizens, especially those who stay 'immune' to wardecs by remaining in npc corps

as of right now there's supposed to be 'bullet points' on the last section which is the guide, but apparently this didn't work with TTH's formatting so just imagine the bullet points until we get that fixed~

If you get your 4k EHP Hulk popped by some suicide monkey it's really your own fault. Only dent you might get in the ice mining population, then again they're all on the same grid, so a single CONCORD response saves the lot until next downtime.
It's easy to adapt, so the suicide monkeys exercising some evolutionary pressure is probably healthy for the general EVE population survivability.
for those worried about tanked hulks:
1. scout and scan the target with your ship-scanning, loot-scooping alt
2. megathron w/neutron blasters, heat, faction ammo, 4x magstabs
2a. buddies/multiboxing, just use multiple ships (thoraxes, brutixes) to bring them down
3. people who faction-tank a hulk drop more loot and cry more when you kill them
